Let’s have a conversation.
Send an enquiry, or ask us to call you back. Enquiring for someone else is fine. We’re often with clients during the day, so leaving a request is the normal way to reach us.
Limited openings are currently available. Each enquiry is assessed on support needs, scheduling and location.

Thanks, we’ve got your enquiry.
We’ll reply by email, normally within a business day. This is an acknowledgement that we’ve received your message, not yet an agreement to provide support.
Thanks, we’ve got your callback request.
We’ll call as soon as we’re free, normally within a business day. If we miss you, we’ll try again. This is an acknowledgement that we’ve received your request, not yet an agreement to provide support.
The message couldn’t be sent.
Sorry about that. Nothing was lost: your details are still in the form below. Please try again in a few minutes. If it still won’t send, the problem is at our end; please try again later or switch to the other option.
Preview only: the form isn’t connected yet.
Your details were checked but not sent. On the live site this reaches the business straight away.
Good to know
How quickly will you reply?
As soon as we’re free, normally within a business day. We’re often with clients during the day, so the enquiry form (or a callback request) is the normal way to reach us, not a second-best one.
Do I need an NDIS plan?
No. We also support private, paying clients. If you do have a plan, plan-managed and self-managed funding both work for eligible supports; NDIA-managed funding needs a registered provider.
What happens after I get in touch?
A conversation about goals, routines, funding and location, an honest answer about fit and availability, and then, if we go ahead, a written service agreement before support starts. Receiving your request is an acknowledgement, not yet an agreement to provide support.
Please don’t include diagnoses, NDIS numbers or medical records in a first message. We’ll cover what’s needed, securely, once we’ve spoken.
