Pricing and funding
NDIS-funded supports are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, where applicable. All applicable rates and any additional charges are confirmed before services commence.
Private (non-NDIS) supports are quoted individually, in writing, before services commence. They are not governed by NDIS pricing.
Every arrangement starts with a written service agreement that sets out the supports, times, rates and any charges, including any cancellation terms, in line with the rules that apply to your funding.
Travel and transport, plainly
No fee for our travel to you.
We don’t charge for travelling to or from your location when you aren’t with us. If we transport you during agreed support, the current participant-transport rate is $0.99 per kilometre while you’re travelling with us. The relevant hourly rate still applies to the time we’re supporting you. We discuss and agree charges before support begins.

This is our own policy, not an NDIS rule. For NDIS-funded supports the participant-transport charge of $0.99 per kilometre applies only where your funding arrangement and the current NDIS rules permit it (support item 04_590_0125_6_1). Nothing else is charged for travel.
Does my NDIS funding qualify?
For eligible supports you can use plan-managed or self-managed NDIS funding, or pay privately. Hope Filled Horizons is not currently an NDIS-registered provider. For eligible supports, participants can use plan-managed or self-managed funding; NDIA-managed (agency-managed) NDIS funding requires a registered provider.
Whether a particular support can be funded from a plan depends on the support, the registration rules and how the plan is managed. We don’t decide what a plan covers; a plan manager, support coordinator or local area coordinator can.
GST and your agreement
GST. Supports funded under an NDIS plan and a written agreement are generally GST-free. For private, non-NDIS arrangements the tax treatment can differ and is confirmed in your quote and agreement.
Your agreement. Rates, charges and any cancellation terms are agreed in writing before support begins and must be lawful and appropriate for your funding arrangement.
